By spotlighting scientists, engineers, innovators and entrepreneurs, the initiative has helped make their work more visible and provided relatable examples of what is possible. Today, Levers in Heels builds on that foundation by connecting African girls and women in STEM to educational, career and professional development opportunities, while continuing to share the stories of women shaping the future of STEM across the continent.
